“I have struggled to come up with the right thing to say in light of the killing of George Floyd and the huge movement of protest across our land and beyond. I know that saying nothing is not helpful, but how do we best affect change in a world struggling with issues that stem from Adam and Eve’s original sin? We don’t seem to have the answers because followers of Jesus do not love as purely as Jesus loves us. We are not completely pure in our motives and thoughts.
